General:
- Batam Base

Job Description:
- Prepare documents to support shop floor production
- Able to use process control to improve quality and failure analysis
- Able to work for the new product introduce and operational exellence (6 sigma & ISO 9000 : 2000)
- Select and Design M&E, tooling and fixture for welding & assembly

Eligibility:
- Minimum education D3, preferably S1, in industrial or Mechanical Engineering major
- Have good knowledge to read and interpret engineering drawing, fabrication and assembly process
- Mastery of 2D/3D CAD software, preferably Pro-E Wildfire-3D Modeling Software
