Supervisor Rig Operations - Drilling & Workover

Virginia Indonesia Company, LLC ("VICO") is the operator of the Sanga Sanga Production Sharing Contract (PSC).

Responsibilities:
- Ensure company HSE rules and regulation are followed very strongly
- Provide supervision to all drilling rig personnel including rig crew and service companies
- Understand the rig & down hole equipment function & knowledge
- Liaise between company and drilling contractor
- Make recommendations on alternative methods of equipments and operations
- Ensure that contractor meets all requirements of the contract
- Promote cost saving ideas, awareness towards operation optimization, maximize efficiency & minimize down time

Requirements:
- S1 in Petroleum/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage
- 3 - 7 years experience in Oil and Gas
- Well control procedure and hold a valid certification
- Intermediate HSE certification
- Drilling & completion engineering
- Intermediate Supervisory
- Basic Computer Literate such as MS Words, Excel, etc
- Drilling Report System such as DIMS
- Land rig operations, horizontal well, under balance drilling & exploration experience & background
- Strong HSE experience
- Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
