REPSOL YPF, one of Spain’s largest companies, is involved in all aspects of the energy business and is aggressively expanding its exploration and production division.

Specific Position Responsibilities:
- She or he will be conversant with full cycle prospect evaluation including strong background in G&G
-Risk and volumetric assessment will be considered a plus. Candidate must have proven experience in farm out, round evaluations and comply short deadlines
- Opportunity evaluation, including full project evaluation expertise (2D & 3D seismic) integrating subsurface and economic data to provide sound recommendations to management
- Present to management, partners, and host government officials opportunities / company credentials

Required Skills / Experience:
- Geosciences degree
- At least 10 years of international experience in the oil industry with a strong knowledge in Geosciences with International Oil Companies
- The successful candidate will be capable of working independently, while being an excellent team player
- Fluent English spoken and written is a requirement
- The position is based in Madrid, but frequent travelling is to be expected
