Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage total quality program including charting strategic quality initiatives, establish Quality Systems and procedures that complies with ISO 9001:2000, ensure company effective quality performance and audit quality performance/systems.
- To provide independent, competent and professional administration and enforcement of all aspects of Operational Quality Assurance and Production Quality Control, so as to safeguard the quality integrity of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.
- Achieve productivity through effective implementation of Quality Systems
- Maintain and establish proper documentation on quality specification
- Lead QA section and oversee QA/QC operations.
- Review inspection methods, investigate and resolve warranty non compliance and customer complaints
- Support continuous improvements review processes/ procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Formulate calibration/ maintenance of test equipment.
- Establishing standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of Documentation Control
- Develop and maintain of company website in according to company and business requirements
- Databases design and development to drive integration of business data, functions, and systems

Requirements:
- ITC in Quality / Mechanical Engineering.
- Computer knowledge is a must (MS Office)
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Highly independent with initiative and able to work as a team
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Able to start IMMEDIATE or in SHORT NOTICE
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work in Bintan Island
