Production Supervisor

Requirements:
- Male, Single. Max 35 years old
- Degree Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (IPK 2.80)
- Having min 3 years in production department of manufacturing industry
- Having strong leadership and good supervisory skill
- Broad range of experience in managing people across all levels of an organization
- Computer literature. (Microsoft Office & Auto CAD)
- Good in English, both oral & written.
- Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of production and post-production.
- Knowledge about HSE, ISO 9001-2000, SMK3 (Certification is a plus)
- Develop new work procedure and work instruction pertaining to 5S requirement, maintenance of work procedure
- Able to work under pressure in time and objective
- Willing to be placed in Duri - Pekanbaru, Sumatera
